Sohna mein property dekh raha hoon, Hermitage Apartment ka brochure toh accha lagta hai. Fed up of renting yaar, ab apna ghar chahiye. But parking ka scene kya hai wahan? Brochure mein toh ample dikhate hain, but real life mein kya milta hai? Builder bolta hai ek reserved, par visitors ka kya? Koi hidden parking charges ya lottery system toh nahi hai? Ye cheez bahut important hai daily life ke liye, especially after paying so much EMI. Kya yahan parking allocation mein koi trick hai jo main miss kar raha hoon?

Hermitage ke reviews bhi kuch kha
Bhai, parking ka scene har project mein tricky hota hai. Best hai ke aap sales agreement mein explicitly likhwa lo kitne reserved spots hain aapke liye, visitor parking ka kya system hai, aur koi hidden charges toh nahi. Builder ke sales person ki verbal promise pe mat jaana kabhi. Ek copy RERA guidelines ki bhi rakhna apne paas, usmein parking ke rules bhi hote hain. Agar written mein nahi dete, toh samajh lo kuch gadbad hai.
Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera ek relative ne Airport Road (Gurgaon side) mein flat liya tha. Unko bhi verbal assurances mili thi, ab har din visitor parking ke liye society mein ladai hoti hai. Sohna mein bhi same dikkat ho sakti hai, especially in projects that are still developing.
Totally agree. Without it in writing, it's just a promise that can be broken anytime.
Hermitage? My friend almost booked there a few months back. They showed him dedicated basement parking for residents, which seemed okay for one car. But for visitors, it was just an open ground area which looked very limited and unorganized. Builder bolta hai 'future development' for visitor parking, but that's a huge red flag for me. What if that never happens, ya phir uske liye alag se charge karein? Aur yaad rakhna, project ka 'Status: null' hai, matlab abhi bhi under construction hai, so visitor parking toh chodo, basic amenities bhi clear nahi hongi. Don't trust verbal assurances at all, especially with such a big investment.
Yaar, ye builders ka standard trick hai. Pehle kuch bhi bol do, baad mein 'terms and conditions apply' bol ke nikal jaate hain. EMI itni high hoti hai, upar se parking ki tension kaun lega. Poora din parking dhundte hi nikal jaayega.
Oh, that's scary! Kya friend ne book kiya finally wahan?
Sahi baat hai bhai, parking is a headache everywhere! Brochure mein toh sab gold dikhate hain, wide roads and ample space. But real life mein it's a mess, especially visitor parking. I'm looking at projects near Badshahpur and facing the exact same issues with visitor parking. Builder promises the moon, but when you ask for it in writing, they get all vague. Hermitage mein bhi same story hogi, I bet.
