Renting's done, but is Eldeco's premium worth it?
My lease ends in 3 months, and honestly, I'm just fed up of renting. Everyone says Eldeco Magnolia Park is the 'premium' option, but I'm looking at SAP Home 3 and thinking, is the huge price difference per sqft really justified? I mean, are we just paying for a brand name? Okay, I'll say what no one says: the floor plans in Magnolia Park often feel less efficient for the money. SAP Home 3 might be more budget-friendly, but the usable carpet area seems comparable, sometimes better. Is anyone actually getting more green space or better layouts in Eldeco, or is it just marketing? Change my mind.

Ye SAP Home 3 toh suna hai, but iska status kya hai? Completed hai ya under construction? Aur RERA number hai ya nahi? Bahut darr lagta hai adhoore projects se.
Exactly! Completed projects are gold right now. No RERA is a bit iffy, but ready possession makes a huge difference
Haan, SAP Home 3 is actually a big plus because it's COMPLETED! Meri friend ne wahan site visit ki thi, ready-to-move hai. Possession date bhi 2023-03-01 tha, so no waiting. RERA number ki jahan tak baat hai, because it's only 34 units, they didn't need one. Yeh ek risk ho sakta hai, but for a completed project, it's less of an issue. Eldeco mein toh pata nahi kab tak wait karna padega.
Totally agree with you! Eldeco ka naam sunke hi budget hil jaata hai. Lagta hai bas brand ka paisa le rahe hain.
