Okay, I'll be honest — I'm fed up of renting in Gurgaon, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Finally taking the plunge, looking at a 3BHK, maybe around Sector 52. But yaar, yeh builders ka super area game kitna confusing hai! Everyone talks about great deals but no one mentions the huge difference between super area and carpet area. It's like paying for air. And these 'spot discounts' during site visits? Lagta hai bas dikhawa hai. Real negotiation toh hota hi nahi. Change my mind.
