Absolutely agree! Mere ek colleague ne aise hi ek RERA-exempt project mein invest kiya tha near Alpha II, Greater Noida. Possession toh de diya, but amenities aur finish quality se compromise kiya hai. Ab society fund mein bhi issues aa rahe hain because builder is not accountable. Later, resale value will definitely take a hit. Be very careful, especially for a first-time buyer like us.
