₹78L for a 3BHK in Raj Nagar Extension feels high, even with the metro coming. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is totally different, yaar. Reputed Builder ka ek project Muradnagar mein pre-launch rate pe mil raha hai, they're calling it a 'spot discount'. Not sure if pre-launch pricing is actually better, or just marketing. Kya kisi ko experience hai ki later stages mein prices badhte hain ya yeh sirf bolne ki baat hai? Aur spot discount pe kitna negotiate kar sakte hain, real figures kya hote hain? Broker toh best deal bolta hai, but unka apna commission hota hai na. Should I wait?
