Reputed Builder's Pushpak Society quality is just average, change my mind.

My wife wants us to finally buy a 3BHK in Chandigarh, kids' school admission is coming up. We're looking at Reputed Builder's Pushpak Society in Sector 49, but I'm worried about construction quality. Has anyone bought there? Kya plaster cracks ya seepage issues aate hain after possession? Also, RERA compliance ka track record kaisa hai, any past consumer complaints? Safe for the children, that's the main thing.
