Reputed Test A: Green areas aur security ka kya scene hai?
The green areas in new projects often feel so underwhelming compared to the brochures. I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe a villa, and looking at places like Reputed Test A. Brochure mein toh they show huge lawns and open spaces, but reality mein kitna open area milta hai? Matlab, is the actual landscaping and usable green space good, ya bas naam ke liye hai? And what about security systems? CCTV coverage, visitor management, guards – is it all just for show, or do they actually work well? My current place ka security system bohot basic hai, so this is a big concern. Is the price jump worth it for these promised features? Already have a home loan, so har extra rupee matters. Would love to hear real experiences.

Yaar, exactly my thoughts! Reputed Test A looks good on paper, but I visited a similar project near Airport Road last month, and the 'green spaces' were just barren patches with a few sad plants. For a 3BHK upgrade, I need proper, usable parks for my kids, not just decorative plants that die in a month. And the security part is crucial. Is the 'smart home' security they promise actually reliable, ya bas marketing gimmick hai? My current place has literally one guard at the gate, it's a huge step up I'm looking for.
