RERA approval is just paperwork for upcoming projects?
Visited Sattva Lake Ridge's site last Saturday, and the location looks promising, tbh. My parents keep saying upcoming projects are risky, but the sales team showed me their RERA approval. Honestly, I'm not sure if RERA compliance alone is enough for an under-construction project like this. Kya RERA registration guarantee karta hai ki delivery on time hogi aur quality achhi milegi? I mean, builder ka track record bhi toh dekhna padega, right? Sattva ka past delivery record kaisa hai Hyderabad mein? Kuch projects mein delays suni hain. Main investor perspective se soch raha hoon, so delivery risk aur builder ka commitment bahut important hai. Is it just me, ya RERA approval is just paperwork for these upcoming ones?
