Honestly, downsizing our big home is tough. Kids are out, so I'm eyeing RERA Approved Projects for a compact, low-maintenance flat. What's daily life actually like there? Is commuting bad? Are hospitals nearby? Brochures don't tell the full story about ground reality. Any honest feedback?

RERA projects sound good on paper, but I've heard so many stories about quality issues. What about the actual construction quality? Is it really better than non-RERA projects, or is it just a legal safety net? I'm worried about investing so much and getting a shoddy product.
Depends on the builder, honestly. Some big names maintain standards, but even with RERA, due diligence is key. Don't trust blindly, visit multiple times during construction phases if possible.
Totally agree! My uncle's RERA flat had seepage issues within a year. RERA is good for legal recourse, but quality check toh khud hi karna padta hai.
