Spent Sunday checking out projects along the RERA Approved Projects corridor. Honestly, sab log bolte hain ki new road/metro se prices skyrocket hue hain, but I feel only a few specific pockets actually saw real growth. Baki sab hype hai, right? Airport road ka impact bhi selective lagta hai. Which areas near RERA Approved Projects got the maximum benefit? Disagree? Tell me why.

Totally agree yaar. Sab bolte hain, but ground reality kuch aur hai. I've been looking near Mullanpur Garibdass, prices are high but development is slow. Lagta hai sab hype hai.
