RERA Approved Projects: Investment potential left?
RERA Approved Projects corridor — been living here for about three months now, possession mila tha March mein. Honestly, ground reality thodi different hai brochures se. I'm thinking about a second property here, maybe for investment. But not sure if this area ki appreciation potential abhi bhi high hai ya it's already peaked? Matlab, sectors near Pari Chowk (like Alpha, Beta) vs. the newer ones further out, which one makes more sense for a 5-year outlook? My budget is around ₹80-90L for a 2BHK. Builders like Godrej, ATS ke kuch projects hain, but ROI kitna expect kar sakte hain? Should I consider something in Phase 2 instead? Kya yeh undervalue hai abhi bhi ya sab ne already invest kar diya? What's your first-hand experience, especially if you bought recently?

Yaar, original post mein jo likha hai, same to same mera haal hai. Pari Chowk ke paas wale sectors (Alpha, Beta) mein to rates already high lag rahe hain. Is it even possible to get a 2BHK for 80-90L there now? Koi recent buyer hai jo bata sake?
Agreed! Alpha II mein toh brokers 1 Cr+ bol rahe hain for a decent 2BHK. Meri budget bhi 85L hai, toh samajh nahi
