Visited a couple of projects near the RERA Approved Projects corridor last weekend. My parents keep saying location is key, but ab samajh nahi aa raha ki recent road aur metro connectivity ka kitna impact hua hai. I'm looking for a 2 BHK, budget around ₹80L. Wahan pe prices kaafi high lag rahe hain. Is it just general inflation or these new expressways/metro lines have really shot up values? Especially which specific sectors ya pockets within RERA Approved Projects have benefited the most? Any practical advice on where to focus for a first-time buyer like me?
