Honestly, I thought upgrading from my 2BHK in Vasant Kunj would be easier. RERA Approved Projects area mein kaafi options dekhe, but ground reality brochures se bahut alag hai. Connectivity aur construction quality pe doubts hain. Already home loan chal raha hai. Is this premium for a 3BHK really worth it? Maintenance ka kya scene hai?

Bhai, RERA approval toh bas paper pe hai. Actual compliance kitni hoti hai, kisko pata? Mere friend ne ek project book kiya tha, RERA website pe completion date kuch
Totally relate! Vasant Kunj se upgrade karna sounds good on paper but ground pe sab ulta hai. I'm looking in Dwarka and the RERA approved projects have hidden costs and delayed possessions. Premium for 3BHK is just too much these days, especially with an existing home loan.
