They keep saying RERA makes everything transparent, but honestly, I'm still feeling uneasy. I've heard stories about possession delays, even with seemingly compliant builders, and hidden charges like unexpected PLC or maintenance. What are the actual red flags or hidden risks one should really look out for in these "safe" projects? Are there specific clauses or builder reputations I should be wary of, especially around Noida Expressway? Ab samajh nahi aa raha, any advice from experienced folks?
