RERA check: sirf registration number enough hai?
My latest investment plan for Noida Extension is almost final, but I'm stuck on due diligence for a few projects. I'm looking at Satya Villas Extension; heard good things, but also whispers about Bhavanam Krishna Kumari's track record. From my experience, RERA registration ek basic check hai, but what about the deep dive? Does anyone actually cross-check the land title documents and all project approvals listed on the RERA portal? Builders sometimes play games with timelines ya permissions. What's the best way to verify a builder's *actual* legal history, not just current RERA status?
