₹1.8 crore for a 3BHK in Sector 150, that's what I'm looking at. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 137, planning to upgrade, and legal clarity is my biggest concern. Before I commit to someone like Aashi Construction Infra for AFOWO Raksha Addela, how do you guys properly check their RERA registration? I mean, beyond just the number. Any hidden red flags to look for in their track record? And agar builder delay karta hai, what are the real options under RERA? Is it actually effective or just on paper?
