RERA checks for investors feel so incomplete

RERA registration check feels useless for actual delivery. Just bought Omaxe Celestia Royal. Builder track record pehle dekhna chahiye tha, RERA pe bas number milta hai. Real due diligence kya hai?

Totally agree bhai! RERA bas formality lagta hai. Maine bhi suna hai Omaxe Celestia Royal mein kuch delays hue hain. Yeh 'real due diligence' wala point bohot sahi pakda hai. Hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye toh aur mushkil hai. Kya koi checklist type cheez hai jo follow karni chahiye?
