Yes, there is. For RERA checks, you need to go to the HRERA website (Haryana RERA). Wahan 'Project Search' ya 'Promoter Search' section hota hai. You can input the builder's name or project name and it will show you project details, approvals, and even complaint status. You can filter by district like Gurugram or Sohna. Thoda deep dive karna padta hai, but saara data mil jaata hai, including if they've faced penalties or delays on other projects. It's tedious, but worth every minute.

OC delays Sohna mein common hain, especially for projects jo NH-248A se thoda andar hain. Ek project tha near Baharampur Naya, unhone toh 4 saal delay kiya OC. Builder ne water connection ka issue bataya tha, but buyers toh fas gaye na.
RERA effective hai, but patience bahut chahiye. Mera ek friend ka case 2 saal chala, finally builder ko penalty lagi. So, yes, it works, but be prepared for a long haul.
