RERA claims are mostly just paper promises, change my mind.

How do you guys really check RERA registration for projects like Surendra Star Home? I'm looking at a 2BHK near Dwarka Expressway, around 1.2 Cr, and Pyramid Infratech seems okay but I'm nervous. My parents keep saying verify everything. What if the builder delays? Is RERA actually effective for getting compensation or just on paper? How do you verify a builder's legal track record before committing? Any red flags I should look for beyond the RERA site?
