RERA claims for Saini Bhawan are just marketing?

Visited Saini Bhawan last weekend, and the 3BHK layout was impressive. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 44, thinking of upgrading, already have a home loan. Builder bol raha hai ki RERA registered hai, but how to actually verify their claims? Kya kisi ko pata hai ki RERA portal pe kya red flags dekhte hain for builders like them? Agar builders delay karein, as often happens, RERA ke under real legal options kya hain? Heard many complaints just stay on paper. Is RERA actually effective for getting compensation ya bas formality hai? Thinking about the price jump, is it worth the risk?
