Is RERA actually effective for investors in Gurgaon? I'm done renting. How do you *really* check a builder's legal track record beyond their RERA status? What about builder-buyer agreement red clauses? Heard about past issues, not just with Terra Infracon. Any practical advice on spotting them before committing capital?

Totally agree! RERA has given us some hope, but I still feel so lost. How do you really know if a builder is genuine? The fear of losing my hard-earned money is real.
