2.5 saal se Prestige Keya Life ka possession delay ho gaya hai. Kids ke school admission ka tension alag. Builder-buyer agreement ka penalty clause bas dikhawa hai. RERA complaint file ki hai, but Bangalore mein uska actual outcome kitna effective hota hai? RERA sirf paper pe hai ya sach mein kaam karta hai?

Totally feel you, bhai! Prestige Keya Life ka delay sunke toh darr lag raha hai. Hum bhi first-time buyer hain aur RERA pe bohot trust kiya tha. But ab lagta hai sab marketing hype hai. Kids ki schooling ka tension toh next-level hota hai, I can only imagine.
Sahi baat hai. Mera bhi experience kuch aisa hi raha hai, but with another big builder near Attibele. Unka project 3 saal late ho gaya hai, aur RERA mein case chal raha hai
