RERA complaints in Gurgaon are mostly eyewash

RERA complaints ka process kitna slow aur complicated hai yaar, especially for Gurgaon projects. My friend is stuck with a builder (not naming but unka M3M GIC type project hai) due to title issues and the RERA complaint has been dragging for months. Is it just me, ya sabka experience aisa hi hai? Matlab, we do all the RERA registration checks, but then if something goes wrong, what's the real recourse? I'm looking at a 3BHK near Dwarka Expressway, currently in a 2BHK in Sector 84, and really worried about proper title verification. Builders ka legal track record check kaise karein beyond just RERA number? Any concrete advice for avoiding these legal headaches before making the big jump?
