Builder ne sab paperwork sahi se diya, RERA certificate bhi hai, but resale market mein thodi slow movement hai. I thought completed projects have good liquidity. Turns out, high investor ratio makes it tricky. Jab sab rent pe daal rahe, actual end-users kam hain, toh resale ke time you're competing with others. Isse price negotiations mushkil ho jaati hai. Any tips on how to stand out or find genuine buyers for a quicker exit? Laga tha RERA compliance sab solve kar dega, but investor density ka issue alag hai.
