Visited Sattva Lake Ridge site last week. Sales team pushed RERA compliance hard, but honestly, does it even guarantee anything? Builder's track record for delivery isn't exactly stellar. I'm worried about under-construction risks and delays. Is RERA just a feel-good factor now, or does it actually protect investors here? Change my mind.

Totally agree! RERA toh bas naam ka hai. Mere ek friend ka project 2 saal late ho gaya RERA ke baad bhi. Kya fayda?
Sahi keh rahe ho. Mera bhi experience kuch aisa hi raha Ameerpet mein. Builder ne promises kiye the, RERA registration bhi tha, but fir bhi construction quality mein compromise aur 6 months delay. RERA sirf paper pe strong hai, enforcement weak hai.
