Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 150, ab bahut tension hai. I'm looking at a 2BHK there, budget around ₹80L. Investor perspective se dekh raha hoon, so legal due diligence is key. How do you guys actually check RERA registration? Kya koi specific red flags hote hain? Aur title verification ke liye kya steps hain jo log often skip kar dete hain? Builder ka track record kaise verify karein? Worried about future exit options if something goes wrong.
