Noida Extension — finally fed up of renting, so I'm looking at options here. My landlord raised rent again, EMI vs rent math just makes sense now. I'm taking the plunge, but legal clarity is stressing me out. Was looking at some GDA Super MIG Flats, also JDS Real Estate projects, but honestly, verifying builder track records feels impossible. How do you guys actually check RERA registration beyond just the number? Are there specific red flags for Greater Noida projects? And what about title verification? People skip this until it's too late, right? I'm worried about sub-leased land issues or properties with NOC problems. Is RERA complaints process actually effective here, or is it just on paper if a builder delays possession in say, Sector 150? Need real advice on protecting my investment.

Totally relate, yaar! Noida Extension mein rent ab astronomical ho gaya hai. EMI option sounds tempting but the legal side is a nightmare. RERA registration number toh dikhate hain, but andar ki baat kaun batayega? Mera friend bhi stuck hai ek project mein, possession date toh hawa ho gayi.
True, mere neighbor ka bhi same issue hai. Possession ke liye they are running around for 2 years now. RERA complaint file ki thi, but progress bahut slow hai.
