Okay I'll be honest — everyone talks about RERA but does it actually help when builders like Sri Balaji Construction delay projects in Whitefield? I'm looking at a 3BHK, already have a home loan, and worried about delays. My friend's Sterling Ascentia possession got pushed. RERA claims to protect us, but is filing a complaint just paperwork? Change my mind.

Totally agree with you, yaar! I've been hearing similar stories. My parents keep telling me RERA is a big deal, but when I see projects like Sterling Ascentia getting delayed, it just makes me more nervous. Is it even worth the hassle to complain when the builder has so much power? Bahut darr lagta hai, this whole process is overwhelming.
