7 years of renting is enough, I'm finally buying in Gurugram! Looking at New Gurugram, maybe Signature Global The Millennia or GLS Infra projects, budget around ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK. How do you verify a builder's legal track record, beyond just RERA status? Is RERA truly effective? Don't want delays or title issues.
