RERA compliance is just a paper tiger.
Since January I've been shortlisting flats in Noida, mostly around Sector 150. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame, honestly. Builders like Prasu Infrabuild and Gaursons (Gaurs Sports Wood) are everywhere. My main concern is RERA compliance and builder-buyer agreement traps. RERA registration check karna kitna effective hai, yaar? Matlab, online status toh dikh jaata hai, but are there hidden red flags beyond that? Also, BBA mein kaunse clauses hain jo sirf builder ko favour karte hain? Agar possession delay hua, RERA ke under real options kya hain, not just the theoretical ones. Jewar Airport ke hype mein, I don't want to get stuck in a stalled project. Kya lagta hai, RERA actually kaam karta hai ya bas paper pe hai?
