RERA compliance is mostly eyewash for Gurgaon builders

I just moved into Ashley Estate Floors 4 in March, and the builder-buyer agreement clauses were insane. Everyone talks about RERA protecting buyers, but when DS Buildwell Projects delayed my OC by months, RERA ki file karna was so tough. They make it sound easy, par asliyat mein it's a battle. You sign these one-sided agreements, then hope for the best. Is it even worth fighting these delays legally? Change my mind.
