Bhai, Prestige group ka naam toh bada hai but Bangalore mein inke projects ko lekar mixed reviews suni hain. RERA compliance toh dikhawa hi lagta hai kayi baar. Especially in big projects, delays are common. My friend faced issues with a Prestige project near Arekere.

Title verification mein make sure land conversion certificate aur encumbrance certificate zero ho. Bohot fraud hota hai isme, especially in areas rapidly developing like near Baiyappanahalli Metro corridor. Builder se saare NOCs bhi check kar lena.
Sahi baat hai yaar, RERA bas naam ka hai. Mere friend ne bhi RERA complaint dali thi, kuch nahi hua.
