One huge lesson I've learned is that RERA documents are not just some formality. Builders often try to gloss over things, but the RERA filings, if you dig deep, they reveal so much. For Keya Life specifically, did anyone else notice any discrepancies between their glossy sales pitch and what's actually documented in RERA? Especially keen to know about OC/CC dates, since the project is COMPLETED now, but sometimes there are still hidden issues.
