Is anyone else facing issues with Pegasus Developers Private Limited in Sector 40 regarding RERA documentation? I was almost done with my booking for a 3BHK, thinking sab clear hai. But then my lawyer pointed out some RERA details on their portal don't match the project documents they gave me for the specific unit. Ab toh dimaag kharab ho gaya hai. Maine socha tha legal verification sab smooth hoga, but yeh toh unexpected twist hai. They're saying it's a 'minor discrepancy' but my bank is holding back the loan disbursement. It's been weeks, and I'm honestly not sure what to do. Did anyone have a similar problem with their RERA filings or title documents? What was your approach, did you push the builder or just walk away?
