₹1.8 Cr for my 3BHK in Whitefield, possession was just two months ago. Moved into Sobha Silicon Oasis and honestly, things nobody told me about RERA compliance are popping up. Our builder had some delays. Is RERA actually effective for complaints when the builder drags their feet, or is it mostly on paper? Wondering if I missed checking their legal track record properly.

Oh god, this is my biggest fear! ₹1.8 Cr is a huge amount, and getting stuck with delays is a nightmare. RERA ka naam toh bahut sunte hain, but ground reality mein kitna help karta hai, I wonder. Which builder is this, by the way? You mentioned not checking their track record, that's what worries me too.
