My kids' school admission is coming up, need a 3BHK in Saket or Vasant Kunj. Everyone glorifies RERA protecting buyers, but does it *really* work? I'm looking at CEL Apartments by Ambience Group. What happens if they delay possession? Is RERA just on paper, or can we actually get compensation? Disagree? Tell me why.
