My 3BHK upgrade is stuck on legal due diligence. Sab RERA RERA karte hain, but honestly, kitne investors actually deep title verification aur builder ka track record check karte hain? Bengaluru mein, is RERA truly effective against builder issues, ya bas paper tiger hai? Change my mind.
