Bhai, RERA ka naam mat lo. Mere dost ne bhi Faridabad mein ek project liya tha, 2 saal se delay hai. Goyal Luxury Floors? Ye Goyal Estate Agency wale hi hain na? Inka toh koi track record hi nahi hai, zero projects dikha raha hai RERA website pe. Bahut risky deal lag rahi hai, especially for a first-time buyer like you.
