₹95 lakh for my 2BHK in Sarjapur, and still facing RERA issues. Jayani Builders And Developers delayed possession of Skylark Arcadia Phase 2 by 8 months. I'm wondering if filing a RERA complaint actually helps? What are the practical steps? Has anyone successfully used RERA for builder delays in Bangalore?

Bhai, to be honest, RERA feels more like a paper tiger in Bangalore. My friend booked with another builder in Akshayanagar and faced 1.5 year delay.
