Honestly, buying for myself in Noida feels way tougher than selling for others. I'm eyeing 3BHKs in Sector 150 or 107, around ₹1.5 Cr. Builders like Godrej, ATS, M3M sab claim on-time delivery and top quality. But real talk, kitna sach hai? Post-possession construction issues like seepage, ya promised amenities ka missing hona, common hai kya? I know the super area vs carpet area games. Need honest experiences on their actual delivery track record and construction quality. Kya kisi ne recently possession liya hai इनसे?

Bhai, aapki baat bilkul sahi hai. I almost booked with M3M in Sector 107 last year. Unhone bola tha possession within 18 months, but jab main site visit karne gaya, construction pace dekh ke hi doubt ho gaya. Sales
Totally relate yaar! Main bhi Sector 150 mein hi dekh raha hoon. Builders ke promises sunke toh lagta hai sab gold hai, but ground reality kuch aur hi hoti hai. My friend bought in a project nearby (not naming names) and abhi tak lift mein problem hai, aur gym toh bana hi nahi. RERA registration numbers bas dikhawe ke liye hain, implementation kaun dekhega?
