Been fed up of renting in Gurugram for ages, finally taking the plunge to buy. I'm looking at places near Dwarka Expressway, maybe Smartworld Developers ke projects. Found out ki RERA registration number check karna is just the start; you actually need to check the project details online for discrepancies. Kitne log miss karte hain yeh? Also, builder-buyer agreements mein common red clauses kya hain jo sirf builder ko favor karte hain? Agar builder delay kare toh RERA mein actual legal options kya hain? Is it just on paper or really effective here in Gurugram?
