RERA is just a formality for builders, not real protection
My lease ends in 3 months and I'm really trying to lock down a flat in Noida Extension. I work in real estate, so I know the marketing spin, but buying for myself feels different, yaar. For Mahagun Mantra, I'm checking RERA details, but still feel uneasy. What real red flags do common buyers miss on the RERA site? And builder-buyer agreement mein kya hidden clauses hote hain jo sirf builder ko favour karte hain? I know super area vs carpet area games, but legally aur kya dekhoon? Agar builder delay karta hai, RERA actually kitna effective hai? Paper pe toh sab sahi lagta hai, but real mein compensation ya possession kitna milta hai? Jewar airport buzz se prices up hain, but delays ka risk toh abhi bhi hai. Koi real-life experience share kar sakta hai kya Greater Noida mein?

Totally feel you on this, bhai! RERA paper pe jitna strong lagta hai, ground reality utni hi mushkil hai. Mahagun Mantra ka naam suna hai, but yaar, builder ka track record dekhna bahut zaroori hai. Mere ek dost ne Noida Extension mein hi ek project mein phasa hai, 3 saal late chal raha hai. RERA complaint ki hai, but hearing pe hearing ho rahi hai, no real action. Compensation toh door ki baat hai, possession bhi nahi mil raha. Aur Mahagun Mantra ke builder, Shailender Kumar ka toh RERA pe 0 projects dikha raha hai! Yeh toh bahut bada
