RERA complaints, 90% of them just sit there gathering dust, right? Fed up of renting, thinking of buying a 3BHK in Mohali, maybe Omaxe. But yaar, everyone says RERA will protect you if builder delays possession. My friend waited 2 years extra for his flat in Zirakpur and RERA ne kuch nahi kiya. Is it actually effective, ya sirf dikhane ke liye hai? What are our real legal options if builders like Omaxe delay? Should I even trust the RERA registration number?
