Are RERA checks for Gurugram projects truly sufficient? I'm done renting, eyeing Dwarka Expressway. Stories about builders like GTM's legal issues concern me. How do you actually verify a builder's track record and title clarity? Is RERA effective for investor protection, or just on paper?
