Or is it just a formality? Builder ka legal track record kaise verify karein remotely? Are there any hidden red flags in Laureate Buildwell's past projects that I should know about? Title clear hai ya nahi, ye confirm karna kitna tough hai without being there? Lagta hai bahut log skip kar dete hain ye steps. RERA complaints kitni effective hain for us?
