₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Saket is a huge jump from my current 2BHK, and the legal risks feel even bigger. I'm looking at resale, like J K Luxury Floor, but how do you *really* verify a builder's legal track record? Is RERA effective for investors when issues like delayed OCs or unclear titles pop up, or is it just for show?
