Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 65 and Dwarka Expressway. Kids have moved out, so don't need such a big place anymore. Humko bas ek manageable flat chahiye. Builder-buyer agreement dekh ke toh dimaag kharab ho gaya. Seems like har clause builder ke favour mein hai. If they delay possession, which is a major concern in Gurgaon, humare paas kya options hain? RERA complaints kitni effective hain, sach mein? Log kehte hain paper pe achha hai but real mein kuch nahi hota. Meri friend ka project DLF Camellias mein bhi delay ho gaya hai. Should I even trust these agreements? Koi apna experience share karega?

Totally relate! Builder-buyer agreement dekh ke toh lagta hai we're signing away all our rights. Hum bhi Sector 65 mein dekh rahe hain, aur har jagah same story. RERA ka naam sunke thodi ummeed aayi thi, but ab lagta hai bas formality hai. Meri bhi ek relative ka project Dwarka Expressway pe 2 saal late hai. It's like they have all the power and we, as first-time buyers, are just at their mercy. The clauses about 'force majeure' are so vague, they can use it for anything to justify delays.
