My 2BHK in Mota Mava is small now, eyeing a 3BHK or villa near 150 Feet Ring Road. Honestly, everyone talks RERA for project delays, but kya woh actually kaam karta hai, ya bas paper pe? Ansal API jaise builders ka track record RERA se bhi better hota hai, I feel. Title verification is what really saves you, not just RERA. Change my mind.

Meri toh ek project mein 2 saal delay ho gaya tha. RERA mein complaint daali thi, thoda pressure bana, but still took ages. Ansal API ka track record kaisa hai Rajkot mein? Especially near 150 Feet Ring Road, koi specific project in mind?
U3, Ansal API ka track record hamesha se mixed raha hai. Delhi mein unke HQ se chalne wale projects bhi bahut late hue hain. Remember, they started way back in 1967, so they have a long history, not all good. Rajkot mein bhi unke kuch projects hain jo ka
I get your point, but RERA has actually helped some of my friends get their money back or push for possession. It's not perfect, but at least there's a body to complain to. For Ansal API specifically, their older projects definitely had issues, but I heard they've been trying to clean up their act. Still, title verification is non-negotiable, that's for sure.
Totally agree, bhai! RERA sounds good on paper but ground reality is something else. Builders find loopholes. Title verification is indeed the main thing.
