2.5 years of fighting a builder for delay, and now I'm looking at Chandigarh for my own place. I work in real estate, but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame, yaar. Builders ke agreement mein itne hidden clauses hote hain. Specifically, the super area vs carpet area game and those one-sided delay clauses. If a builder delays possession, what are the *real* RERA options? Is RERA actually effective ya bas paperwork hai? Mohali mein dekha hai logon ko struggle karte hue.
