Did a site visit to Ganga Valley last weekend and honestly, the sales pitch was glossy. Fed up of renting yaar, my landlord just hiked rent again. This EMI vs rent math is killing me. Everyone glorifies Gurugram's appreciation, but nobody talks about the real legal nightmares. I'm looking at Tribeca Creators LLP's projects, but what if they delay possession like so many others? Builder-buyer agreements are usually one-sided, full of clauses favoring them. Is RERA even effective when builders default, ya fir sirf paper pe hai? What are our actual legal options under RERA if they drag their feet on OC or possession for projects near Dwarka Expressway? Should we really trust these developers blindly?
